Norm Weaver has played the bagpipes for more than 20 years. For the last 18 years, he has been a member of the Washington Scottish Pipe Band. Norm plays for weddings, funerals, church services, community celebrations, business and professional meetings, school events and private parties.

Sylvia McClain is a professional harpist with over 25 years experience. She is the principal harpist with the Loudoun Symphony and teaches at the Community Music School of the Piedmont in Upperville. Sylvia is available for individual engagements such as weddings, corporate events, receptions and private parties. Her repertoire consists of Classical, Romantic, Broadway, Jazz and Celtic music, performed on a beautiful gold concert model harp. A flute and harp duo is also available.
